The Facility

TruGolf Links Cherry Hill is designed as a premium indoor golf experience:

What This Means for the Industry

TruGolf Links Cherry Hill is the latest in a wave of high-end indoor golf facilities opening in the Northeast corridor. With TruGolf committing to 100+ locations across New Jersey, New York, and Illinois (via regional developer Gio Dinsay), the Cherry Hill location serves as a flagship for the company’s full-service model. For an in-depth look at the facility economics, see our indoor golf franchise math guide and our commercial golf simulator guide.

The venue also demonstrates the convergence of three trends:

  1. Premium retail + sim experience — The PXG fitting van partnership mirrors the club-fit-in-store model gaining traction at facilities nationwide
  2. Full-service hospitality — Restaurant/bar programs are now standard in the sim venue playbook, competing with Topgolf and Five Iron for the “third place” social dollar
  3. Franchise velocity — TruGolf’s rapid multi-location strategy (3 Long Island locations signed in 2026 alone) signals confidence in the franchise model’s ROI

First-hand reports and photos from the ribbon-cutting will be added as they become available. If you’re attending the Cherry Hill grand opening this week, send your photos and observations to tips@homegolfhero.com.

Stay tuned for coverage of the August 7 main event and the SOJO 104.9 broadcast on August 8.
