The new location at 1164 Mae St, Suite 11 will be the brand’s third midstate Pennsylvania location, joining existing facilities in Lancaster (Rockvale) and an earlier Pennsylvania site. The tenant hopes to open by October 2026. It follows the 24/7 golf simulator facility model that has driven Back Nine’s rapid national expansion.

The Hershey Square facility will offer:

The lease was brokered by Blake Shaffer of Bennett Williams Commercial Real Estate, who noted that the lease brings the Hershey Square shopping center to 100% occupancy.

The model is straightforward: 24/7 keycard access, no staff required during off-hours, flexible memberships, and premium simulator technology. Members get unlimited access; non-members can book during staffed hours.

The Hershey location follows a pattern: strip mall spaces (3,000-4,000 sq ft) in regional shopping centers, co-tenanted with national retail and quick-service restaurants. It is a formula that has scaled from zero to nearly 200 locations in just a few years.
