The Five SIMKIT Tiers
1. EYE MINI LITE SIMKIT (from $7,748 — 10ft enclosure)
This is the entry point. The EYE MINI LITE is Uneekor’s ground-based, floor-mounted camera unit. It uses stickers for club data, sits beside the ball, and connects via wired CAT6 Ethernet to a PC.
The hardware: The EYE MINI LITE itself is a solid mid-tier camera launch monitor. Two cameras, 19 data points, photometric tracking. It reads your ball data by taking actual photos of impact — not radar estimation. The tradeoff: you need stickers on your clubface for club data, and it’s wired-only (no WiFi, no Bluetooth for sim use).
What you get in the box: EYE MINI LITE, 10ft or 12ft enclosure, impact screen, EZ Tee Hybrid mat, SimTurf turf, BenQ AH30ST projector, ceiling mount, 30ft HDMI, power kit, 3-month Ultimate trial.
The real cost: $7,748 for the 10ft package. Add a PC at $900 (minimum) and you’re at $8,648. Add the 3-month Ultimate trial converting to $599/year and you’re at about $9,250 in year one.
The verdict: This is for the guy who wants Uneekor camera accuracy at the lowest possible SIMKIT price point and doesn’t mind wired CAT6 and club stickers. The convenience of one order is real. The hardware is proven.
2. EYE MINI SIMKIT (from $9,499 — 10ft enclosure)
This is the EYE MINI — camera + IR tracking, no stickers needed for ball tracking. Portable floor unit. It’s the middle child of Uneekor’s portable lineup, sitting between the CORE (no club data) and the LITE (stickers needed).
The hardware: The EYE MINI uses camera + infrared to track the ball without marked balls. Club data requires stickers. It’s portable enough to move between rooms but performs best in a dedicated sim space.
What’s different from the LITE: No stickers needed for ball data. IR tracking layer. Slightly better short-game reads. Otherwise, same form factor, same wired connectivity requirement.
The real cost: $9,499 (10ft). Add $900 PC = $10,399 year one with the subscription.
The verdict: The EYE MINI SIMKIT is the pick if you want sticker-free ball tracking from a floor unit. It’s $1,751 more than the LITE SIMKIT for that one feature. Whether that’s worth it depends on how much you hate putting stickers on balls.
3. EYE XR SIMKIT (from $11,999 — 10ft enclosure) — Best Value
Now we’re talking. The EYE XR is Uneekor’s rear-mounted overhead launch monitor. It mounts to the ceiling behind you, looks down at the hitting zone, and tracks your swing with infrared cameras. No stickers. No floor clutter. No cables in your way.
The hardware: The EYE XR is sticker-free for ball AND club tracking. Ceiling-mounted (rear position, not above the ball). Uses Power over Ethernet (PoE) — one cable does power + data. The hitting zone is generous for an overhead unit. Swing Optix cameras (club face, club path analysis) are included in the SIMKIT.
Why this is the best value: At $11,999, the EYE XR SIMKIT gives you overhead tracking — the same category as the EYE XO and EYE XO2 — for almost $3,000 less than the EYE XO SIMKIT. You get sticker-free tracking, a clean PoE installation, Swing Optix cameras, and the same enclosure/projector/mat as the premium tiers.
The real cost: $11,999 (10ft). Add $900 PC = $12,899 year one. With the Ultimate subscription, about $13,500.
The verdict: If you’re buying a SIMKIT, this is the one. The EYE XR is Uneekor’s best value overhead monitor on its own ($5,999 Studio Package MSRP). The SIMKIT bundles it with a full enclosure, projector, and mat at a reasonable premium. HPL called this “best overall value” in their SIMKIT review — I agree. This is the experience Uneekor wants you to have: walk into your garage, tap the screen, and swing. No stickers, no setup, no floor clutter.
4. EYE XO SIMKIT (from $14,623 — 10ft enclosure)
The EYE XO is Uneekor’s front-mounted overhead unit. Two cameras, photometric tracking, 24 data points. It mounts above and slightly in front of the hitting zone.
The hardware: The EYE XO is the previous-generation premium overhead unit. Two cameras, measured spin, no stickers. Front-mounting means it projects forward onto the hitting zone from an overhead position. Dual-camera photometric tracking reads both ball and club data from impact.
What you gain over the EYE XR: Slightly more mature tracking technology (photometric vs infrared). Front-mount position gives a different angle on the ball which some users prefer. Larger data set (24 vs 21 points).
What you lose vs the EYE XR: Front-mounting means more ceiling clutter. The EYE XR’s rear-mount position is cleaner and less intrusive. The XR also includes Swing Optix cameras; the XO SIMKIT doesn’t bundle them (they’re an add-on).
The real cost: $14,623 (10ft). Add $900 PC = $15,523 year one. That’s getting into serious territory.
The verdict: The EYE XO SIMKIT is for the buyer who wants front-mounted photometric tracking and is willing to pay a premium over the EYE XR. The XR is the better value. The XO is the enthusiast pick. If you have strong opinions about photometric vs infrared tracking, you know who you are.
5. EYE XO2 SIMKIT (from $16,299 — 10ft enclosure)
The flagship. The EYE XO2 is Uneekor’s top-tier overhead launch monitor. Three cameras, 3,000+ frames per second, the largest hitting zone of any Uneekor (28“ × 21“). This is commercial-grade hardware refined for home use.
The hardware: Three high-speed photometric cameras, AI-powered swing analysis built in, AI Trainer included. The hitting zone is massive — 28“ × 21“ means you can hit from different positions without losing data. Sticker-free for both ball and club tracking.
What you gain over the rest: The largest hitting zone in Uneekor’s lineup. Three cameras vs two. Higher frame rate (3,000+ fps). AI Trainer analyzes every swing and gives you data-driven recommendations. The XO2 is the closest thing to a commercial sim experience you can build in your garage.
The real cost: $16,299 (10ft). Add $900 PC minimum = $17,199 year one. Add the full Ultimate subscription and you’re at $17,799. With a premium PC ($2,299+), you’re looking at $18,598+.
The verdict: The EYE XO2 SIMKIT is for the buyer who wants the best Uneekor system and is not price-sensitive. At this level, you’re not asking “is this worth it.” You’re asking “which build do I want.” The answer is this one. But be honest with yourself: the EYE XR at $11,999 gives you 85% of the experience for 70% of the cost.
The Convenience Premium: SIMKIT vs DIY
Here’s the question nobody at Uneekor will answer directly: how much extra are you paying for the SIMKIT versus sourcing everything yourself?
I priced it out.
A reasonable DIY build with an EYE XR ($5,999), a SIG10 enclosure with impact screen ($2,500), an EZ Tee Hybrid mat ($400), SimTurf turf ($200), a BenQ AH30ST projector ($900), a ceiling mount ($100), and a 30ft HDMI cable ($30) comes to roughly $10,130.
The EYE XR SIMKIT at $11,999 is about $1,870 more than buying those components individually. That’s the convenience premium. You’re paying ~18% extra to have it all shipped in one order, guaranteed to work together, with a single 2-year warranty covering everything.
Is that worth it?
For a first-timer who’s never built a sim before and doesn’t want to spend a month on research? Yes. Absolutely. A $1,870 premium to avoid ordering the wrong projector mount or buying a screen that’s three inches too wide is a bargain.
For someone who’s already done a sim build and knows exactly what they want? No. Go DIY. You’ll save $1,870 and get exactly the components you want instead of Uneekor’s selected ones.
The math changes if you’d pick different components than what Uneekor bundles. The BenQ AH30ST is a decent 1080p short-throw projector, but it’s not the best in its class. The EZ Tee Hybrid mat is fine but not premium. If you wanted a 4K projector and a Fiberbuilt mat in your build, the SIMKIT locks you into Uneekor’s choices.
Who Should Buy a SIMKIT
Buy a SIMKIT if:
- This is your first simulator build
- You don’t want to spend weeks researching component compatibility
- You value a single delivery and single warranty over saving $1,500-2,000
- You’re okay with the BenQ AH30ST projector and EZ Tee mat as-is
- You want Affirm financing on the total package

Don’t buy a SIMKIT if:
- You already have a projector, PC, or enclosure
- You want specific components that Uneekor doesn’t bundle (4K projector, premium hitting mat)

The EYE MINI LITE SIMKIT at $7,748 is for the budget-conscious buyer who wants Uneekor camera accuracy at the lowest SIMKIT entry price and doesn’t mind wired CAT6 and club stickers.
And if you’re the type who enjoys the research — who wants to hand-pick every component and know exactly what’s in your build — go DIY. The SIMKIT isn’t for you. You’ll save money and get exactly what you want.
